General Spanish Courses
  • Standard Course with 4 lessons per day / 20 lessons per week
  • Intensive Course with 5 lessons per day / 25 lessons per week
  • Super-Intensive Course with 6 lessons per day / 30 lessons per week

D.E.L.E. Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera

These state diplomas are issued by the Spanish Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia. The exams take place in May, August and November every year.
  • Diploma Inicial de Español (beginners) D.E.L.E. Diploma de español
    This diploma requires basic knowledge of the Spanish language. To sit the exams you should have had about 150 Spanish lessons.
  • Diploma Intermedio de Español (advanced learners)
    This level asks for a medium or good knowledge of the Spanish language. About 300 to 370 Spanish lessons are required.
  • Diploma Superior de Español (far advanced learners)
    This diploma requires proficiency in the Spanish language. The minimum age to sit the exam is 16 years.

Private tuition
The individual way of learning Spanish. In private tuition it is you who decide about the field, the course and the rhythm of learning.

Bullfight Arena

On July 2010 the old bullfight arena was inaugurated solemnly in Toro. After several years of costly renovations, in which old craft techniques were applied, the wooden building is there in all its splendour. The building dated from 1828, it is the second-oldest bullring in Spain. It is testimony to a glorious bygone era of the small town on the Duero river, as it was still provincial capital, where many noble families lived.
